Challenges: Candied dates are highly sticky and tend to adhere to the turntable or forming device, making it difficult to discharge materials from both the turntable and electronic weigher.
Solutions: We have considered various solutions and conducted multiple tests on the samples provided by the customer.

Difficulty Analysis:
Candied dates are highly viscous and extremely sticky. They tend to adhere to the turntable or forming device, making it difficult to discharge materials from both the turntable and the electronic weigher.
Solution:
We explored various solutions and conducted multiple tests on the materials provided by the customer. After repeated trials, we finally adopted a chain bucket with manual feeding for the customer.
We replaced the commonly used plastic buckets with stainless steel buckets and applied a Teflon coating to both the buckets and the forming device. This effectively prevents the materials from sticking to the chain buckets and forming device.
